Update v0.3.10a + Roadmap


Hey everyone!

I have prepared the next update with a new combat feature and a couple of fixes:

  • Added a dodge chance to the player character that is based on your dexterity stat.
  • World map view now automatically centers on current player location.
  • Increased cooldown of Stamina for Life  skill.
  • Fixed a potential issue when loot dropped on the map exit borders.
  • Fixed a bug where target dummy blocked bonfire interaction.
  • Fixed a bug that caused a corrupted savegame when dying in the village without triggering checkpoint at village center first. Denn's quest is therefore now available at player level 2 instead of 1.
  • Fixed some translations.

Roadmap 2022

As mentioned in the last post I have also created a very rough roadmap with some features I want to work on in the next months.


Besides that I was able to release the demo version on Steam. My plan is to support the itch.io version still with important fixes, but some upcoming gameplay features will only make it to the Steam demo version for the foreseeable future. Just because Steam makes it easier to roll out updates to all players and I can make use of beta branches if necessary.

Everything that extends the game world will most likely be only available in some kind of closed alpha until maybe(!) releasing an Early Access version later this year. But these are just some wild thoughts for now... :)
